Kass grew up having a love for animals. She has worked with them in many different settings from being a zookeeper, vet assistant, and working at boarding facilities. In 2017 she was working at a veterinary office and boarding dogs out of her home when she discovered her passion for caring for other families dogs while they are away. In 2018 she officially launched her business and dove into it full time. In 2021 she had the opportunity to move her business from her home into her current facility that is Kass’s Kennel! She couldn’t do what she does without the support from her husband, Jake, son, Oliver and daughter, Parker. Their pack includes Vader (Frenchie mix), Peaches (Beagle mix), Thor (Border Collie), Dealer (Whippet), and Rev (Whippet). In any free time she has she can be found competing in a variety of dog sports including agility, coursing, barn hunt, and dock diving.
